Xenion Junior School and Preschool commemorated the national anniversary of 28th October 1940 with a special school celebration honouring the historic “OXI” and the values of courage, freedom and unity.
Greek-speaking students from Preschool, Year 4 and Year 5 participated in the celebration, paying tribute to this important moment in Greek history and to those who fought for freedom.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for our young learners to appreciate the significance of this national anniversary and the importance of preserving our history and traditions.
Congratulations to all our students for their participation, and a special thank you to the teachers who worked hard to prepare and organise this meaningful celebration.
