data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Summer Fun Club is accommodated within its own wing of the Xenion High School building. It has its own access and space for parents to drop children off and pick them up again at noon.\n\nThe Summer Fun Club has its own yard for break-times and children are supervised on their way to and from the Xenion Cafeteria during breakfast and lunch breaks.\n\nAll classes are equipped with air-conditioning, Interactive White Boards and Internet access. All classrooms open directly onto the yard, which is\u00a0at a safe distance from the road.\n\nThe school has a full-sized theatre that is used on Wednesdays&#8217; either to watch films or for music, dance or theatre activities. It also has volleyball and basketball courts; a five-a-side pitch and a dance\u00a0space above the amphitheatre.\u00a0As well as all this, there are\u00a0two computer suites that we use during our\u00a0IT sessions.\n\nThere is a comfortable Reception area, where parents can meet with teachers if they wish to discuss anything concerning their children.\n\nOur students also take part in swimming sessions per group with a teacher and a lifeguard, at Xenion Boarding House swimming pool, which gives children the opportunity to enjoy swimming and have fun in the pool! Therefore, there are set times and places for parents to pick up or drop off children. If a parent is going to be late or early for any reason they should contact the school so that we can make appropriate arrangements. The start of summer signals the end of academic learning. Instead we incorporate suitable\u00a0interactive, educational games into our daily schedule.\u00a0Through interactive games children use all their senses to learn without realizing that they are learning. Instead of formal teaching we use educational games to engage children and promote learning, allowing\u00a0children to be active and creative.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Children are encouraged to experiment through carefully monitored play and independent discovery and all intelligences, including kinesthetic, spatial and emotional, are developed. We help children to become confident and self-aware while we make playing the most efficient method of learning.
